Relating To The Hawaii Emergency Management Agency.

Abstract

Specifies that the Hawaii emergency management agency is established within the Department of Defense for administrative purposes only. Makes the administrator of emergency management the director of the Hawaii emergency management agency and requires the administrator to report directly to the governor. Requires the governor to appoint the administrator of the Hawaii emergency management agency. Effective 7/1/2022. (SD1)
